About

This blog was created by Dr Bex Lewis, Blended Learning Fellow at the University of Winchester, in order to provide a date-lined source of Blended Learning information both theoretical and practical that our teaching staff may choose to include in their current teaching practice or it may simply provide “food for thought” for future teaching methods.

Staff are encouraged to experiment with different methods, and use those that are appropriate, whilst filling the rest of us in with why something isn’t appropriate… this blog, by it’s very nature, is rather experimental! Inspired by @gsyoung’s successful blog to stop worrying about the finer details, and get something started. I’d love to hear from those who have information to add to the blog – we can add you as an editor (see what I’m thinking of).

WordPress is a very straightforward and intuitive system to use, so we hope this encourages you to engage!
